We ended up the 2019-20 season in a completely unexpected way and now we are looking forward to welcoming you back.
In our Hotel you could keep on finding the quality services which have always characterized us, for a safety wellness holiday.
The mountains have always been synonymous of freedom and our location, just a few steps away from the ski lifts, will make you enjoy this feeling at its best.
With two open chair-lifts you can reach almost the whole Italian ski area without any risk of crowding and enjoying the ski slopes in front of the Matterhorn.

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL


FACILITIES IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

With the new cancellation policy the total stay amount is completely refundable till 8 days before your arrival.


ONLINE CHECK-IN

On your arrival day you will have the possibility to check-in without waiting at the reception.
Upon booking confirmation you will be provided with a useful link
to make your registration comfortably from home.
From the customer area you can enter all your personal data.
On your arrival at the hotel you will be required to show the document
you registered with to validate your identity.

DURING YOUR STAY


HOTEL STAFF

Our employees have been trained and informed to respect Federalberghi's cleaning plan,
anti-contagion and security protocols.
All our employees are equipped with personal safety devices.


KEYS

All room keys will be sanitized upon your arrival.


SANITIZING COLUMNS

In the lobby and on each floor, there is a small column with hand sanitising gel.


ELEVATORS

Our guests will be kindly invited to sanitize their hands before calling the lift
and entering one family unit at a time


CLEANING ROOMS

A sanitation plan has been organized with the help of specialized technicians.
Therefore, during the guest's stay, the room will be sanitized with vaporized hydrogen peroxide.
The cleaning plan will be available at the Reception or will be sent to you by email upon request.


CLEANING COMMON AREAS

As for the rooms, all common areas will be sanitized with vaporized hydrogen peroxide.


WELLNESS CENTRE

“Le Chalet”
According to the legislation now in force, the entrance will be limited to 10 people at a time.
As always, in order to use this service, it is necessary to book at the reception (or by phone).
All areas will be sanitized with vaporized hydrogen peroxide.
The cleaning plan for the wellness centre will be available at the Reception or,
on request, will be sent to you by email.

Your comfort will be safe and guaranteed by individual protection systems and even more
careful sanitization before and after each treatment.


MASKS

Our staff will always be equipped with a mask.
Also our guests are invited to wear it inside our establishment.

Breakfast
A dedicated path will take you to the restaurant where our waiters will assist you
to the protected buffet, which will be strictly served by them.

Dinner
Dinner will be served in the "Voix des Anges" restaurant room where the tables
will be arranged in such a way as to ensure the required distance.
Therefore, we suggest our guests to reserve their table in advance.
All menus will be online and can be reached through the website or by QR Code.
